Connecting your Duranta account to QuickBooks Online

Duranta has a two-way QuickBooks Online (QBO) sync allowing you to effortlessly keep your accounts up to date across platforms

You can sync invoices, customers and payments to QuickBooks Online. This is a two-way sync, meaning that payments that are recorded in QBO will also reflect in Duranta. Additionally, you can choose which invoices and records that you want to connect: Duranta will only sync the invoices and customers that you want.

1. Navigate to Integrations sections

Tap on "More", then select "Integrations"

2. Enter your QBO username and password

Tap on "Authorize" to begin the process of connecting your accounts

Log into QBO by entering your QBO username and password

3. Connect your QBO account

You should see a screen that shows Duranta's and QBO's logo

Tap "connect" to complete the connection

4. Check the status of your connection

Navigate back to your Integrations screen

The status should read "Connected" with a green dot next to it

5. Sync an invoice

Select any invoice and tap "Sync to QBO" towards the top of the invoice
