Creating your first lead or client (desktop web app)

How to create a new customer in your Duranta CRM web app

A lead is a property owner or manager you’re estimating for the first time. A client is a property owner or manager you’ve worked with before. You can create estimates, proposals, and invoices for both leads and clients the same way.

1. Sign in to Duranta Web: https://app.getduranta.com

2. From the Home screen, choose one option:

  • Click '+ Create new' --> select Lead or Client

  • Click the Lead icon on the Home screen

  • In the left navigation, click Clients → click '+ Add Lead' (or '+ Add Client')

3. Enter the client’s information and hit Save when you are done.

💡Pro-tip: use the toggle to switch between saving the contact as a lead or a client.

4. Enter the property address and confirm the property

💡 Note: you can skip inputting the address if you just want the property owner's contact information in your CRM.
