Smart tags are placeholders that Duranta fills in with real details, such as your customer's first name or the property address. Add them to snippets so the same text is personalized for every customer.
Add a smart tag to a snippet
Tap More → Favorites → Proposals. Open a snippet, or tap + next to Snippets to create one. See Creating snippets in Favorites in the mobile app.
Tap a text block to edit it, then tap { } at the bottom right.
Choose a tag from Smart tags, for example Customer first name, Property address or Your phone number. It's added to the text as a placeholder such as {{customerFirstName}}. Check where it was added and adjust the text around it if needed. Tap Done, then Done again to save the snippet.
When you add the snippet to a proposal or invoice, Duranta replaces each tag with the details of that customer, property or your account.
💡 You can also add smart tags directly to a text block in a proposal. Tap { } while you type.
