The AI map splits a property into segments, such as a lawn, a bed or a driveway. If the AI got a segment wrong, you can move it to another category or change its shape. The measurements update to match.
Select a segment
Open the customer's page and select the property. Click the segment on the map. It's outlined in yellow, and the inspector on the right shows its area and perimeter.
Reclassify a segment
To move the segment to another category, select Reclassify as and choose the category from the list.
The segment takes the color of its new category, and the totals in the Service Areas panel update.
Change the shape of a segment
Select the segment, then select Edit shape. The map opens in edit mode with these tools on the left:
Select to move the nodes of the outline
Scale to make the whole shape bigger or smaller
Draw to add to the shape. Choose Free to draw by hand or Node to click point by point.
Erase to remove part of the shape
To change the category at the same time, choose it under Classify as at the top. Select Done to save, or Cancel to leave without saving.

Delete a segment
To remove a segment - select it and click Delete segment.
