Yes. You can access Duranta Web at https://app.getduranta.com using a desktop browser.

Which browsers are supported?
Duranta supports modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.


CRM (Clients & Leads)

What is the difference between a lead and a client?
A lead is a potential customer you have not worked with yet. A client is a customer you have serviced before.

How do I create a new client or lead?
Click + Create new, select Lead or Client, enter details, and click Save.

Does Duranta support residential and commercial customers?
Yes. Duranta supports both Residential and Commercial types for leads and clients.

Can I add properties to a lead or client?
Yes. You can add and manage properties for both residential and commercial leads and clients.

Can commercial leads and clients have multiple contacts?
Yes. Commercial leads and clients support multiple contacts. You can add several contacts, but only one can be marked as the Primary contact.

Can I edit a property location?
Yes. Move the map pin and click Move location here to update the location.

What can I create for a lead or client?
You can create a proposal with maintenance and install services for both leads and clients.

Can I search or filter clients and leads?
Yes. Duranta includes search and filtering tools to help you quickly find and manage leads, clients, properties, and proposals.

Can I add notes to a client or property?
Yes. You can create client notes, property notes, and annotations to keep important details organized.

Can I manage proposals from the client details page?
Yes. You can search, filter, edit, rename, duplicate, archive, and delete proposals.


Proposals

What is a proposal?
A proposal is a detailed estimate you send to a lead or client that outlines the scope of work, services, materials, pricing, and terms before the job begins.

How do I create a proposal?
You can create a proposal in several ways:

  • From the Home page by clicking + Create new proposal

  • From the left navigation bar

  • From Clients → Proposals → Add a proposal

  • From the Lead/Client details page

What types of services can I add to a proposal?
You can add both maintenance and install services.

What are examples of maintenance services?
Maintenance services can include lawn mowing, edging, leaf cleanup, snow removal, bed weeding, mulch refresh, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanup (spring/fall), and irrigation check-ups.

What are examples of install services?
Install services can include:

  • Beds

  • Plants

  • Turf

  • Walls

  • Surfaces

Can I create proposals for both leads and clients?
Yes. You can create proposals for both leads and clients the same way.

Can I customize proposal details before sending?
Yes. In the Review & Send tab, you can adjust settings like Information Density and Subtotal options..

Can I rearrange services in a proposal?
Yes. In the Review & Send tab, drag and drop services using the four-dot icon.

Can I add notes and images to a proposal?
Yes. You can add text, snippets, images, and photos from property notes to make proposals more detailed and professional.

Can I manage existing proposals?
Yes. You can filter, search, edit, rename, duplicate, archive, and delete proposals.

What can I configure for a maintenance service in a proposal?

Maintenance services

For maintenance services (e.g., lawn care, snow removal), you can:

  • Define service area:

    • Enter a number (sq ft, units, etc.)

    • Draw on the map

    • Select AI-detected areas (lawn, trees, paved surfaces, etc.)

  • Add:

    • Materials (mulch, soil, fertilizer, etc.)

    • Charges (disposal, delivery, etc.)

  • Configure:

    • Recurring schedule

    • Minimum price

    • Price rounding

    • Price margin

  • Save to Favorites for reuse

What can I configure for an install service in a proposal?

Install services

For install services (e.g., plants, patio, walls), you can:

  • Add a labor charge

  • Set a minimum price

  • Enable price rounding

  • Apply a price margin

Can I add fees and discounts to a proposal?

Yes. You can add fees (such as delivery or disposal) and apply discounts to adjust the total price of your proposal.


Invoices

What is an invoice?

An invoice is a document you send to a client requesting payment for services or work completed, including details like items, pricing, taxes, and due date.

Where can I create an invoice?
You can create an invoice:

  • From the Home page

  • From + Create new

  • From the Invoices list

  • From the Lead/Client details page

When should I send an invoice?
Invoices are typically sent after a proposal is accepted or after work is completed.

Can I add items to an invoice?
Yes. You can add invoice items, fees, discounts, and tax.

Can I add notes to an invoice?
Yes. You can add customer notes using text, images, or snippets saved in Favorites.

Can I set a due date on an invoice?
Yes. You can choose from:

  • On receipt

  • Net 15

  • Net 30

  • Net 45

  • Net 60

  • End of month

Can I create a recurring invoice?
Yes. Duranta supports recurring invoices.

Can I filter and search invoices?
Yes. You can filter invoices by:

  • Draft

  • Pending

  • Paid

  • Overdue

  • Upcoming

You can also search and filter by date, amount, and status.

Can I record a payment manually?
Yes. You can record payments made by:

Cash, Credit card or Check

Can I track payments?
Yes. Duranta lets you manage and track invoice payments.

In Account Settings, you can update:

Favorites

What are Favorites in Duranta?
Favorites let you save commonly used services (maintenance), materials (installs), charges (fees and discounts), snippets, and proposal settings so you can reuse them quickly in proposals.

Where are Favorites located?

Favorites are located in Account Settings → Favorites tab.

Can I create a maintenance service in Favorites?
Yes. You can create a maintenance service and save details such as:

  • Materials

  • Charges

  • Price margin

  • Recurring schedule

  • Minimum price

  • Price rounding

Can I create install items in Favorites?
Yes. You can create install items such as:

  • Beds

  • Plants

  • Turf

  • Walls

  • Surfaces

Can I create charges or fees in Favorites?
Yes. You can create charges and fees using:

  • Flat fee

  • Percentage

  • Per hour

  • Per measurement

Can I save proposal settings in Favorites?
Yes. You can save proposal settings for reuse in future proposals.

Can I create and save snippets?
Yes. You can create and save snippets with text and images to quickly add them to proposals.


Billing

Where is Billing located?
Billing is located in Account Settings → Billing tab.

Can I choose a subscription plan in Billing?
Yes. You can view and choose your subscription plan in the Billing tab.

What is included in all subscription plans?
All plans include access to Site Scanner, which allows you to:

  • Upload a CSV file with property addresses. The file can include dozens of addresses.

  • Automatically analyze properties using AI and HD imagery

  • Generate maps with measured areas (lawn, beds, buildings, paved surfaces, etc.)

  • Edit and adjust lots directly in the platform

What is included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is available for $79 per month or $67 per month billed annually ($804/year). It includes:

  • AI automatic property measurement

  • HD imagery

  • CRM

  • iPhone and iPad app access

  • 1 seat included

What is included in the Professional plan?
The Professional plan is available for $159 per month or $135 per month billed annually ($1,620/year). Additional seats are 3+ at $804 per unit annually. It includes:

  • Everything in Starter

  • Job costing

  • Customizable proposals

  • Softscape design (2D)

  • Hardscape design (2D)

  • 2 seats included, with additional seats available

Can I manage billing information in Duranta?
Yes. In the Billing tab, you can manage:

  • Payment method

  • Billing information

  • Subscription invoice history

Can I invite team members from Billing?
Yes. You can invite team members and revoke invitations from the Billing tab.


Payments

Where are Payments located?
Go to Settings → Payments.

What are Payments in Duranta?
Payments allow your customers to pay invoices online using credit cards, bank transfers, and more. Payments in Duranta are powered by Stripe.

How do I enable payments?
In Settings → Payments, turn on Enable payments and follow the setup steps.

What payment methods can I accept?
Duranta currently supports:

  • Credit cards

  • Link

  • Cash App

  • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

More payment options are coming soon.

What are the processing fees?
Duranta does not charge processing fees. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment processor:

  • Credit cards: $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction

  • Cash App: $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction

  • Instant bank payments via Link: $0.30 + 2.6% per transaction

  • Klarna: $0.30 + 5.99% per successful transaction

Can I customize payment emails?
Yes. You can configure your email branding for payment-related emails sent to your customers.

Where can I configure branding?
In Settings → Payments, click Configure branding to update your company branding for payment emails.

How can I check receivables and account balances?
You can view payment activity and balances in your Stripe dashboard.

How do I send receipts to customers?
Receipts are managed in your Stripe dashboard:

  1. Open your Stripe dashboard

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Customer emails

  4. Choose which automatic emails you want Stripe to send

Will my invoices update automatically after payment?
Yes. When an invoice is paid, the status updates automatically in:

  • The Invoices summary

  • The invoice itself


Site Scanner

What is Site Scanner?
Site Scanner is a tool that allows you to upload a CSV file with property addresses. Duranta uses AI and HD imagery to analyze each property and generate maps with measured areas.

What does Site Scanner measure?
Site Scanner can detect and measure:

  • Property size

  • Lawn

  • Beds & ground

  • Trees

  • Buildings

  • Paved surfaces

  • Pools

  • Hedges

  • Parking lots

  • Sidewalks

How do I use Site Scanner?
Upload a CSV file with property addresses. Duranta will process each address and create a project with results.

What CSV format should I use for Site Scanner?

A complete address is required. For better accuracy, you can split it into separate columns (street, city, state, ZIP).

Including a unique ID column for each address is optional but recommended to help prevent duplicate uploads.


What happens after I upload a CSV file?
Your results are organized into:

  • Completed - successfully processed properties

  • Errors - addresses that need correction

Can I edit or delete addresses?
Yes. You can view, edit, or delete individual addresses within the project.


Is Site Scanner included in my plan?
Yes. Site Scanner is available with all Duranta subscription plans.
