What kinds of payment types can I accept?
Duranta currently accepts credit cards, link, Cash App and Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later), with more options coming soon.
What are your processing fees?
Duranta does not charge any processing fees, however, the payment processor has the following fee schedule:
$.30c + 2.9% per transaction for Credit Card payments
$.30c +2.9% per Cash App transaction
$.30c + 2.6% per transaction for instant bank payments via Link
$.30c + 5.99% per successful transaction
How can I check money I am owed (receivables) and my account balances?
In the mobile app:
Tap on "More", then "Duranta Payments"
Tap on "View dashboard"
Enter your Stripe username and password
In Stripe, navigate to the screen that you want, typically Transactions or Customers
In the web app:
Click on "Payments"
Click on "View dashboard"

How do I send receipts to my customers?
Go to your Stripe dashboard
Go to "Settings"
Click on "Customer emails"
Choose which automatic emails you would like to send
Will my invoices update automatically when they have been paid?
Yes! Your invoices tab will reflect these changes in two places:
Invoices summary
Directly in the invoice itself
