Import your customers data into Duranta with Zapier

Connect your CRM or spreadsheet to Duranta with Zapier, so customers can be copied into your Duranta workspace automatically.

What is Zapier

Zapier is an automation tool that connects different apps and lets them work together automatically without manually copying data.

What Zapier does in Duranta

Duranta’s Zapier integration imports customers from another system into Duranta.

You can use Zapier with tools like:

  • HubSpot

  • Facebook

  • LeadConnector

  • monday.com

  • Google Sheets

  • Other apps available in Zapier

💡 Zapier can bring customers into Duranta, but it does not send Duranta data back to your CRM or spreadsheet.

Where to find Zapier in Duranta

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Find the Connect your CRM section.

  3. Select the app you want to connect, or choose 8,000+ more apps to browse Zapier.

Selecting a card opens Zapier in a new tab. The Zap itself is created and managed in Zapier, not in Duranta.

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • A Zapier account

  • A Duranta account that you want to import customers into

  • Access to the CRM from which you want to export your data

Set up your first Zap

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap (Zap Workflow).

  2. Choose your source app as the trigger, such as HubSpot, Facebook, LeadConnector, monday.com, or Google Sheets.

  3. Add an action step.

  4. Choose Duranta.

  5. Select Create or Update Customer.

  6. Sign in to your Duranta account.

  7. Choose the Duranta Workspace where customers should be imported. It's your account.

  8. Map the customer fields from your source app.

  9. Test the step.

  10. Turn on the Zap.

Choose a Duranta workspace

Each Duranta Zapier step requires a Duranta Workspace. It's your Duranta account.

Reprocess Token

How updates work

Duranta uses the External ID to recognize the customer.

If Zapier sends the same External ID again, Duranta updates the existing customer instead of creating a duplicate.

Use a stable External ID from your source system. If the External ID changes, Duranta may create a new customer.

If you use more than one source, use prefixes to avoid conflicts. For example:

  • hubspot-123

  • sheet-123

This helps prevent two different systems from updating the same Duranta customer by mistake.

How address fields work

Address fields are updated together.

If you send address information, make sure you map the street and city together, plus any other address fields you have.

If you leave all address fields blank, Duranta keeps the address already saved on the customer.

Re-importing customers

Zapier may retry the same row or customer more than once. Duranta remembers the result for the same row so it does not import the same customer twice by mistake.

If you need Duranta to process the same rows again, update the Reprocess Token field with a new value.

The value itself does not matter. It only needs to be different from the previous value.
