Use Zapier to connect HubSpot CRM with Duranta and automatically send customer information from HubSpot to your Duranta account. This can help reduce manual data entry and keep customer records consistent between the two platforms.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
A Duranta account that you want to import customers into
Access to your HubSpot CRM account
A Zapier account
Permission to connect HubSpot and Duranta to Zapier
Step 1: Create a new Zap
Sign in to your Zapier account.
Click Create and select Zap.
Give your Zap a name, for example HubSpot to Duranta Customers.
Step 2: Connect HubSpot
In the Trigger section, select HubSpot.
Choose the HubSpot event that should start the automation, such as a new contact being created.
Connect your HubSpot account.
Follow the prompts to authorize Zapier to access your HubSpot data.
Test the trigger to make sure Zapier can retrieve a sample HubSpot contact.
Step 3: Connect Duranta
In the Action section, search for and select Duranta.
Choose the action for creating a customer in Duranta.
Connect your Duranta account.
Follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
Step 4: Map your customer information
Match the HubSpot contact fields with the corresponding fields in Duranta.
For example:
Name → Customer name
Email → Email
Phone Number → Phone number
Street Address 1 → Address
Street Address 2 → Address line 2
State/Region → State
Postal Code → ZIP or postal code
Review the mapped fields before continuing.
Step 5: Test the Zap
Click Test to send the sample HubSpot contact to Duranta.
Open Duranta and confirm that the customer was created and that the customer information appears correctly.
If any information is missing or appears in the wrong field, return to Zapier and update the field mapping.

Step 6: Publish the Zap
Once the test is successful, click Publish to turn on the Zap.
New HubSpot contacts that meet your trigger conditions will now be automatically sent to Duranta.
