A maintenance estimate tells a lead or client which recurring services you'll do and what they cost. Examples are mowing, edging, aeration, cleanups and fertilizer applications.
1. Create a new estimate
In the bottom bar, tap Create, then Estimate. You can also tap Estimate under Create a new on Home.
2. Choose the customer and property
Type the customer's name. Tap Select next to an existing lead or client, or tap Next to create a new one.
Tap Select next to one of their properties, or search for a new address.
The property opens on the map with its AI measurements. If the lot boundary isn't right, tap Adjust property. See Adjusting the lot lines (mobile app).
Tap Add Services.
3. Add a maintenance service
Tap Add maintenance.
Type the service name. Tap Select next to a service from your Favorites, or next to A new service called… to create one.
Check the details:
Service area: the area you're pricing. Tap it to choose a different area (see the next step).
Price: a flat price, or a price per unit such as per square foot.
Material and Charge: add materials and extra charges, such as fertilizer or a disposal fee.
Recurring service: turn it on for a contract or package, and choose how often you'll do the work. Check the summary at the bottom, for example 2x per month.
4. Choose the service area
Choose one of the AI-measured areas, such as Lawn, or tap Custom draw to draw the area on the map. You can also tap Enter a number to type the size.
The area is highlighted on the map. Tap Done.
5. Add the service
Check the price and frequency, then tap Add.
💡 Repeat the steps for each service you offer. Tap Add fee or discount to add a flat or percentage fee or discount to the whole estimate.
6. Generate and send the proposal
When you're done, tap Generate proposal.
Use Template, Configure and Rearrange to change how the proposal looks. Tap Preview to see it before you send it.
Tap Send in email, or tap Share to send it by text or copy a link. Sending or sharing publishes the proposal, so your customer can open it on any device.
The steps are the same on iOS and Android.
