The CRM is where you keep everyone you work with: people you're quoting for the first time, clients you already serve, their properties and the estimates you send them.
Open the CRM
In the bottom bar, tap CRM.
How the CRM is organized
The CRM has four tabs at the top: Leads, Clients, Properties and Estimates. Tap a tab, or swipe left and right to move between them. Use the Search bar at the top to find any record.
Leads: people and businesses you're quoting for the first time. Each lead shows its latest note.
Clients: people and businesses you've already worked for, with their address and phone number.
Properties: every address in your account, with its client and number of estimates.
Estimates: every estimate, grouped by status.
Manage your leads
Tap a lead to open its page, where you can call, text or email them, add notes and properties, and start an estimate.
Tap ... next to a lead to:

Delete
š” Archiving a lead hides it from your list but keeps the record. Deleting a lead removes it permanently, together with its properties and estimates.
To see archived leads, tap Filter and choose Archived leads or All leads.
š” Pro tip: Archive leads you've lost instead of deleting them. You can find them later with the Archived leads filter and try again next season.
Manage your clients
The Clients tab shows your clients, newest first. Tap Sort by recently added to change the order, or Filter to show archived clients. Tap a client to open its page.
Manage your estimates
The Estimates tab groups estimates by status:
Draft: not sent yet.
Sent: shared with the client.
Opened: the client has opened the proposal link.
Approved: the client approved it.
Tap an estimate to open it. Tap ... next to an estimate to Edit, Rename, Duplicate, View account, Archive, Copy address or Delete it.
š” Pro tip: Check the Opened group to see who has looked at your estimate and is ready for a follow-up call.
