An estimate tells your lead or client what work you'll do and what it will cost. Install estimates cover design and build work such as paver patios, planted beds, mulch, sod, retaining walls and plantings.
Find the lead or client
In the bottom bar, tap CRM. Find the lead or client in the list, or type their name in Search.
Start the estimate
Choose one of these:
From the list: tap ... next to the lead or client and tap Create an estimate.
From their page: tap the lead or client, then tap + next to Estimates on the property card. If the property has no estimates yet, tap Create an estimate instead.
đĄ If the lead or client doesn't have a property yet, tap + next to Properties to add an address first.
Add install services
1. Tap Add Services at the bottom.
2. Tap Add install and choose what you're building, such as Paver Patio or Bark Mulch 2" Depth. Draw the area on the map, or enter the amount.
3. When you're done, tap Generate proposal to create the document your client will see, check it and send it.
