The CRM is where you keep everyone you work with: people you're quoting for the first time, clients you already serve, their properties and the estimates you send them.
Open the CRM
In the left sidebar, select CRM.
How the CRM is organized
The CRM has four tabs at the top:
Leads: people and businesses you're quoting for the first time.
Clients: people and businesses you've already worked for.
Properties: every address in your account, with its client and latest estimate.
Estimates: every estimate you've created, with its status.
Use Search above the list to find a record by name, phone, email or address.
Manage your leads
Select a lead's name to open its page. To work with a lead from the list, select ... at the end of its row and choose:
Create an estimate
Archive
Email
Convert to client
Delete
š” Archiving a lead hides it from your list but keeps the record. Deleting a lead removes it permanently, together with its properties, estimates, invoices and notes.
You can also change a lead's Account Owner straight from the list.
To see archived leads, select the filter button next to Add lead and choose Archived leads or All leads.
š” Pro tip: Archive leads you've lost instead of deleting them. You can find them later with the Archived leads filter and try again next season.
Manage your clients
The Clients tab works like Leads. Select a client to open its page, or select ... at the end of its row for more actions.
Lists are sorted by Updated at, newest first. Select a column heading such as Updated at to change the order, or use the filter icon next to Type or Account Owner to narrow the list.
Manage your properties
The Properties tab lists every address with its client, account owner, latest estimate and number of estimates. Select Add measurement to measure a new address.
Manage your estimates
The Status column shows where each estimate is:
Draft: not sent yet.
Sent: shared with the client.
Opened: the client has opened the proposal link.
Approved: the client approved it, or you marked it as approved.
Select ... at the end of a row to Edit, Rename, Duplicate, View account, View activity, Archive or Delete the estimate. For an estimate you've sent, you can also choose Self-approve to mark it as approved yourself, for example when the client says yes by phone.
Select the filter icon next to Status to show only some statuses, or the filter button next to Add an estimate to switch between All, Active and Archived estimates.
š” Pro tip: Filter by Opened to see who has looked at your estimate and is ready for a follow-up call.
