Save a description with each service in Favorites, so it appears on your proposals and invoices every time you use the service.
Add a service description
Tap More → Favorites → Services.
Open a service, or tap + to create one. Tap Enter service description here, or the existing description to change it.
Type the description, for example what's included in the service, and tap Done. Then tap Save or Update.
Where the description appears
When you add the service to an estimate, its description is shown under the service name on the proposal. It's also copied to invoices created from that estimate.
💡 To change the description for one customer only, edit it on the estimate or invoice. Your saved favorite stays the same.
