A recurring invoice is created for you as a draft on a schedule you choose, for example every month. It's useful for clients you bill the same amount regularly.
Start the invoice
In the bottom bar, tap Create, then Invoice. Tap Choose a client and select the client.
đĄ If the client has an estimate with recurring services, start the invoice from that estimate. Duranta copies the services and turns on Make recurring for you.
Set the schedule
Turn on Make recurring, then tap Schedule.
In Recurring Schedule, set:
First Invoice: the date the first draft is created.
End Date: the date of the last invoice. Leave it empty to keep creating invoices until you stop the series.
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
Due: when each invoice is due, for example On receipt.
The summary at the bottom explains when invoices are created. Tap Done.
đĄ Recurring invoices aren't sent automatically. Duranta creates a draft on each date so you can review it before you send it.
Add items and save
Add the items you bill each time, then tap Save.
See upcoming invoices
On the Invoices page, upcoming invoices show a circular arrow and the Upcoming status. Tap Upcoming at the top to see only those.
They also appear in the Invoices section of the client's page in your CRM.
