Setting up Duranta Payments in the web and mobile apps

Learn how to turn on Duranta Payments in the web and mobile apps, what you need for the Stripe form, and how to check your account's status.

Duranta Payments lets your customers pay invoices online by card, bank transfer and other methods. Payments are processed by Stripe, Duranta's payment provider.

Before you start

Have this information ready:

  • The business EIN or the business owner's SSN

  • The details of anyone who owns 25% or more of the company

  • Your office or business address

  • The bank account for your payouts, and the login for your bank's online portal

The business owner, or someone who manages the business, should complete the form.

Duranta Payments isn't available during your trial. If you're still on a trial, upgrade your Duranta plan first.

Turn on payments in the web app

1. In the left sidebar, select More → Settings, then open the Payments tab.

2. Select Enable payments and complete the secure form from Stripe.

If you leave before you finish, the button changes to Resume payments setup, so you can continue where you left off.

It usually takes about 1 business day to open your account. If you haven't heard back after 3 days, email [email protected].

When your account is ready, Payments shows Enabled. Select View dashboard to open your Stripe dashboard, where you can see transactions, balances and payouts.

💡 If Stripe needs more information from you, for example an updated bank account, the Payments tab shows what to update.

Turn on payments in the mobile app

Tap More → Duranta Payments → Enable payments, then complete the Stripe form. The screen shows Enabled when your account is ready. If it shows Not enabled: Duranta Subscription required, upgrade your Duranta plan first.

Tips for the Stripe form

  • In the Industry section, choose the closest business type, usually under Personal services or Building services.

  • Stripe Tax is an optional, paid Stripe product. You don't need it to accept payments.
