What is Duranta Payments?
Duranta Payments lets customers pay invoices directly online.
Supported payment options include credit cards, bank transfers, Affirm, Cash App Pay, Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Payments are powered by Stripe.
How do I enable payments?
Open Settings → Payments in settings and select Enable payments.
Then complete the Stripe setup.
If you start setup but do not finish it, the button changes to Resume payments setup.
On mobile, the Payments screen shows whether payments are Enabled or Not enabled.
What are the processing fees?
Duranta does not charge processing fees. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment processor:
Credit cards: $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction
Cash App: $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction
Instant bank payments via Link: $0.30 + 2.6% per transaction
Klarna: $0.30 + 5.99% per successful transaction
Can I customize payment emails?
Yes. You can configure your email branding for payment-related emails sent to your customers.
Where can I configure branding for payment emails?
In Settings → Payments, click Configure branding to update your company branding for payment emails.
How can I check receivables and account balances?
You can view payment activity and account balances in your Stripe dashboard.
How do I send receipts to customers?
Receipts are managed in your Stripe dashboard:
Open your Stripe dashboard
Go to Settings
Click Customer emails
Choose which automatic emails you want Stripe to send
Do I need an active Duranta subscription to use payments?
Yes.
Without an active subscription, Duranta shows:
Not enabled: Duranta Subscription required
Where can I see transactions and payouts?
Select Settings → Payments → View dashboard to open your Stripe dashboard.
There you can review payment transactions and payouts.
What is Tap to Pay?
Tap to Pay turns your phone into a contactless payment terminal.
You can accept:
Contactless credit and debit cards
Apple Pay
Google Pay
No separate card reader is required.
What do I need to use Tap to Pay?

Both | Payments enabled, an active Duranta subscription, full company address, and location access |
