💡 The form should only be completed by the business owner or someone with management responsibility for the business.

💡Duranta payments are not available until you are out of trial. If needed upgrade your account to access payments.

Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) forms

In order to authorize you to receive money, Stripe needs some more information about you and your business. These forms make sure you comply with government regulations and are hosted by Stripe. Here are a few things to consider as you complete the forms:

  1. In the Industry section, choose the closest business type in the dropdown menu that fits you (usually listed under “Personal services” or “Building services”).

  2. Stripe has a separate, optional product called "Stripe Tax" - it allows them to monitor if tax is due. This is completely optional and is a paid service. Any revenue from this product goes directly to Stripe.

Verifying account information

  • Once you complete the online connection it will take about 1 business day to open your account. If you haven’t heard back in 3 days write into support.

  • To check the status of your payments account, go to “More…” then Duranta Payments - it should indicate that Payments are enabled in green.
