Favorites is your price book in Duranta. Save the services you sell often, such as mowing, edging or a spring cleanup, and you won't need to set up their prices again for each estimate.
Favorites has a tab for each kind of item: Installs, Services, Materials, Charges and Proposals. If Scheduling is on for your account, you'll also see Equipment, Crews and Members.
Add a service
1. In the left sidebar, select Favorites, then open the Services tab.
2. Select +.
3. Enter the Service name. Select + Service description to add a description your customer will see on the proposal.
4. Under Base Price, enter the Price and choose how the service is priced:
Flat price: one price for the whole job.
Per hour: an hourly price. Duranta works out the hours from the time or the production rate you set.
Per sq. foot, Per 1,000 sq. feet or Per acre: priced by the measured area.
Per foot or Per 1,000 feet: priced by the measured length, such as edging.
Per quantity: priced per item, such as per tree.
5. Add anything else you need:
+ Margin: a markup on top of the price.
+ Material and + Charge: the materials and extra costs that are part of the service.
Recurring service: how often you do the work, such as weekly or monthly.
Minimum price and Rounding: both optional, and you can use either one or both. Minimum price is the lowest price you charge. Rounding rounds the price up to the next $1, $5, $10 or $100.
6. Select Save.
New services are starred, so they're listed first when you add a service to an estimate.

Edit, duplicate or delete a service
Select a service in the list to edit it. Select ... at the end of its row to Duplicate or Delete it.
Changes you make in Favorites don't change estimates that already use the service.
