1. What are favorites?
Favorites is a database that contains your frequently used items including:
Services: your production rates for maintenance services
Materials: your units, prices, margins and pricing sheets
Proposals: your default text, contracts, images in here
2. Navigate to Favorites
3. How to add services to your favorites
Click on the plus sign in the top right next to the word “Services”
4. Enter the service name, price and unit for pricing
Optional: You can also add a service description, price margin, set a recurring schedule, configure a price minimum, and enable price rounding.
5. (Optional) you can add a material to your service
Example: If planting soil or fertilizer is part of Planting service, you can add them as materials on the service (for example, Planting soil and Starter fertilizer)
💡Note: you can add the material later when you use the service in a proposal or estimate
