Setting a minimum price in the web app

Learn how to set a minimum price for a service in Favorites in the Duranta web app, so small jobs are never priced below what makes the trip worth it.

A minimum price is the lowest amount you charge for a service. If the calculated price is lower, for example on a very small lawn, Duranta charges the minimum price instead.

Set a minimum price

1. In the left sidebar, select Favorites, then open the Services tab.

2. Select a service, or select + to create one.

3. Under Options, turn on Minimum price.

4. Enter the minimum price.

5. Select Save.

Minimum price is optional and off by default. You can use it on its own or together with rounding. You can also set it for an install, or for one service in an estimate, under Options.

Example

Bed mulching has a minimum price of $250. On a small bed, the calculated price is $180, so the estimate shows $250. On a large bed, the calculated price is $640, so the estimate shows $640.

💡 If you also use Rounding, Duranta applies the minimum price first and then rounds the result. See Rounding prices in the web app.
