Adding maps and photos to your proposal in the web app

Learn how to add a property map, photos and saved snippets to your proposal in the Duranta web app.

Maps, photos and snippets help you make a proposal that shows your customer exactly what you'll do.

Open the proposal

Create an estimate, then select Generate proposal. See Creating a maintenance estimate from your CRM in the web app or Creating an install estimate from your CRM in the web app.

Add a map

Select + where you want the map, then select Map.

The Map Image window opens. Move and zoom the map to frame the property. Select the layers button in the bottom right to choose what to show:

  • Property boundary

  • Schematic

  • AI segments

  • Trees

  • Bushes / Shrubs

  • Install services

  • Maintenance services

  • Annotations

Select Insert. The map appears in the proposal exactly as it looks in the window.

💡 Pro tip: Turn on Schematic to show a clean drawing of the property instead of the satellite photo.

To change the layers later, select the pencil on the map block.

💡 The Map option only appears when the property has an address.

Add photos

Select +, then Image, and upload a photo from your computer. Use Layout to place a photo next to text in two or three columns.

Add a snippet

Select +, then Snippets, and choose a saved snippet, such as your warranty or a crew photo with a caption. You can create snippets in Favorites → Proposals.
