Q: My customer is unable to open proposal link sent by text message - what should I do?

Apple has a security precaution that iOS takes with messages from unknown/untrusted senders. https://help.thehaystackapp.com/en/articles/5185709-iphone-text-sms-url-not-hyperlinked-here-s-the-fixThis means that the first time a user sends an HTTP link within a txt message to a new contact, this HTTP URL/link will not be clickable. The customer has to copy and paste the link into a browser in order to open the proposal.

Q: How do I change the order of items on my proposal?

Within the Review & Send tab, click and hold the four-dot icon, then drag to rearrange a service.

Q: How do I hide the prices of line items?

  • Within the Review & Send tab, use the Information Density dropdown on the right panel.

  • Select Detailed, Concise, or No details to choose how much information to display.

Q: How do I change the monthly or annual total?

  • Within the Review & Send tab, click the Subtotal options dropdown on the right panel.

    Select:

    • None - Service items are not summed

    • Monthly average - Adding start and end dates provides a more accurate calculation

    • Cumulative total - If no dates are specified, a simple total is shown
