Use this toggle to control how AI analyzes the property area.
On: AI analyzes only inside the confirmed property boundaries
Off: AI may extend analysis beyond the property boundary using automatic parcel prediction. For example, it may include easements, municipal sidewalks, grass strips, or nearby lawn areas.
This setting is available in Site Scanner before uploading your CSV file with property addresses.
Note: This setting applies only to newly created Site Scanner maps and will not affect existing maps.
With Automatic Parcel Prediction enabled, a property may show segments extending beyond the property lines, including easements or nearby maintained areas.
With Automatic Parcel Prediction disabled, all detected segments stay inside the confirmed property boundaries.
