An install (build) proposal is how you quote hardscape and softscape work, like beds, plants, turf, walls, and surfaces, to a client.
1. Start a new proposal
From the Home screen, click + Create new, then select Proposal or click Proposal on the Home screen
- Type a name to create a new client/ lead or choose an existing one.
- Then click Add a property to create one or choose the property the work is for.
Other ways to start: You can also open an existing client, select a property, and click Create proposal from the property page. The property opens on the map in AI Map view — switch to Services (Step 2) to add your work.

2. Add your install items
Click + Install, give the item a name (create new or pick a favorite), and choose the install type:
- Beds, Turf, and Surfaces - draw the area on the map.
- Walls - draw a line.
- Plants - place points.
Then set the pricing and details and click Add. Repeat for each item - Duranta keeps a running total.
3. Review pricing and subtotals
Each service's price and frequency roll up into the proposal total. Add fees or discounts as needed.
4. Send it
Click Review & send to preview the proposal as your client will see it, then Publish & share or Preview as customer with Send email via Duranta or Copy link to share it
