AI options controls how Duranta analyzes a property:
Which AI model reads it
Where the AI decides the property ends
Whether the AI map is shown
Aerial imagery is selected separately from the map.
Find AI options
On a property, look in the left panel under AI options.
The card includes:
AI model
Property boundary
Show AI map
Choose an AI model
Select AI model to open the available models.
Option | Use it for |
Residential | Homes and smaller residential lots |
Commercial - Fast | Commercial properties |
Commercial - Makros (beta) | Larger commercial sites, when enabled for your workspace |
The AI model row shows the model that will run.
If Duranta is still determining the property type, the row may show Auto.
While an analysis is running, it shows Analyzing….
Choose a property boundary
Select Property boundary to choose where the AI analysis should stop.
Option | How it works |
Use the estimated service area from AI | The analysis may extend beyond the property line to include easements, municipal sidewalks, grass strips, or nearby lawn |
Use the official property boundaries | The analysis stays inside the confirmed parcel |
In the AI options card, these appear as:
Estimated
Official
Choose Official when you are quoting work strictly within the parcel.
Choose Estimated when the area you maintain extends beyond the official property line.
Show or hide the AI map
Use Show AI map to show or hide the AI-measured layers on the property map.
This changes only what is visible on the map.
It does not change the AI analysis or measurements.
Re-run the AI analysis
Changing the AI model or Property boundary does not automatically start a new analysis.
Your existing measurements remain unchanged until you re-run AI.
When the selected settings no longer match the most recent analysis, the AI options card shows:
Results use old settings
Select Re-run AI to analyze the property again using the new settings.
The message and button disappear once the latest results match your current settings.
Choose satellite imagery
Aerial imagery is selected from the map rather than from the AI options card.
The imagery button shows the source and capture date currently selected, for example:
Super HD — Jan 2022
Before imagery has been resolved, it shows Satellite imagery.
Imagery is grouped by year and month.
Each capture also shows its quality:

HD | Higher resolution |
Super HD | Highest available resolution |
The capture used for the most recent AI analysis is marked Used by AI.
Re-run AI after changing imagery
Selecting a different capture does not automatically update your measurements.
When the selected imagery differs from the imagery used by the last analysis, you will see:
Imagery changed — re-run AI
Select it to run the AI analysis again using the new imagery.
Where the settings appear together
On some screens, imagery, AI model, and property boundary still appear together in one menu on the map:

A property while you are building a proposal
