Every lead and client in Duranta has its own page. It brings together their properties and estimates, contact details, notes, invoices and work orders.
Open a lead or client
In the left sidebar, select CRM, open the Leads or Clients tab, then select a name. You can also find them with Search.
Properties
The left side of the page lists the properties. Each property card shows a map image with the property and lawn size, the property's Estimates and its Property notes.
View map opens the property map with its AI measurements.
+ next to Estimates creates an estimate for that property. Select See all to see all of its estimates.
+ next to Property notes adds a note to the property.
... has Open in Maps, Edit address and Delete property.
To add another address, select Add property.
đĄ Deleting a property also deletes its estimates, measurements and notes. This can't be undone.
The side panel
The panel on the right shows the account's details and records:
Details: phone, email and billing address. For a commercial account, the billing address.

Archive, convert or delete
Select More options:
Archive hides the lead or client from your lists but keeps the record. To find it again, use the Archived filter on the list.
Convert to client, for leads, turns the lead into a client. Its properties, estimates and notes come with it.
Delete removes the account with its properties, estimates, invoices and notes. This can't be undone.
To archive, convert or reassign several leads or clients at once, see Managing your CRM in the web app.
