When you add a property, Duranta finds the address and outlines its lot. Sometimes the pin lands on the wrong building or parcel, for example a neighbor's lot or a shared parking area. You can move it before you save the property.
Add the property
On the customer's page, select Add property. You can also start from Create > Measurement in the sidebar.
Type the address and choose it from the list. The map opens with the lot outlined in orange. The address and the name of the parcel show at the bottom.
Move the pin to the right place
If the lot isn't the one you want, double-click the right spot on the map. A card shows the address and coordinates of that spot. Select Move location here.
The map moves to the new location and outlines its lot. Check the address at the bottom.
Confirm the property
When the outline and address are right, select Confirm.
The property is added to the customer's page with its AI measurements.
If the property covers more than one parcel, click a nearby parcel to add it to the outline, or hold and drag to select several. See Adding a property with multiple parcels in the web app. To change the outline by hand, select Adjust lot. See Adjusting the lot lines in the web app.
