Use Measurement to measure a property right away, without creating a lead or client first. You can add the customer later, when you're ready to create an estimate.
Start a measurement
Start from any of these:
Home → Create new → Measurement
Create in the left sidebar → Measurement
CRM → Properties → Add measurement
Confirm the property
Type the address and choose it from the list. Duranta shows the parcel on the map. Check the boundary, then select Confirm.
Double-click the map to move the property to another spot.
Click a nearby parcel to add or remove it, or hold and drag to select several. See Adding a property with multiple parcels in the web app.
Adjust lot lets you draw or reshape the boundary. See Adjusting the lot lines in the web app.
Change imagery source lets you pick a different aerial capture. See Choose imagery when adding a property in the web app.
Upload files (.kml, .kmz) uses a boundary you already have.
Duranta analyzes the property and opens it with its AI measurements. See Using Duranta's AI analysis in the web app.
Add a client later
A property without a client shows + Add client at the top of the page. To create estimates and send proposals, the property needs a client.
Select + Add client, then search for an existing lead or client, or type a new name.
Find your measured properties
In CRM → Properties, properties without a client show No client. Select a row to open the property.
