Where is Billing located?
Billing is located in Account Settings β†’ Billing.


Can I choose or change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can view and select your subscription plan in the Billing --> Manage Billing tab.


What is included in all subscription plans?

  • Upload a CSV file with property addresses

  • Automatically analyze properties using AI and HD imagery

  • Generate maps with measured areas such as lawn, beds, buildings, and paved surfaces

  • Edit and adjust lots directly in the platform


What is included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is available for $79/month or $67/month billed annually ($804/year). It includes:

  • AI automatic property measurement

  • HD imagery

  • CRM

  • iPhone and iPad app access

  • 1 seat included


What is included in the Professional plan?
The Professional plan is available for $159/month or $135/month billed annually ($1,620/year). Additional seats are available at $804 per seat annually. It includes:

  • Everything in Starter

  • Job costing

  • Customizable proposals

  • Softscape design (2D)

  • Hardscape design (2D)

  • 2 seats included, with additional seats available


Can I manage billing information in Duranta?
Yes. In the Billing tab, you can manage:

  • Payment method

  • Billing information

  • Subscription invoice history


How do I invite or manage team members?
Yes. Go to Settings β†’ Billing, then click Invite new members to add team members. You can also manage or revoke invitations there.
