What is the Copy values button?
The Copy values button lets you copy service area measurements from Duranta and paste them into a spreadsheet, estimate, email, or another tool.
It helps you quickly export measurements without manually retyping numbers from the screen.
Where can I find the Copy values button?
You can find the Copy values button at the top of the Service Areas panel.
It is available in:
Property view - when you open a single property in Duranta.
Bulk Site Scanner - when you upload and review multiple sites. Each analyzed property has its own Copy values button.
When does the Copy values button appear?
The button appears after the property has been analyzed and at least one service area is detected.
If the property is still analyzing, the button is hidden.
What gets copied?
Clicking Copy values copies a tab-separated table to your clipboard.
The copied table includes:
Column | Description |
Name | Service area name, such as Lawn, Beds, Trees, or Paved surfaces |
Area | Total area in square feet |
Perimeter | Total perimeter in feet |
Segments | Number of separate detected shapes for that area |
Quantity | Item count, such as parking spots when available |
Which service areas may be included?
The copied data may include the following service areas when detected:
Lawn
Lawn (excl. trees)
Parking lots
Parking spots
Buildings
Paved surfaces
Beds & ground
Sidewalks
Fence
Ground
Hedges
Pools
Trees
Entire property
Is Lawn (excl. trees) included in the Entire property total?
No. Lawn (excl. trees) is listed separately for reference and is not added to the Entire property total.
Are trees included in the Entire property total?
No. Trees are listed separately because they are on a separate layer.
Trees are excluded from the Entire property total to avoid double-counting the ground area underneath them.
What does Entire property include?
Entire property shows the total area, perimeter, and segment count across ground-layer areas.
It does not include Trees or Lawn (excl. trees).
How do I copy all service area values?
Open a single property or a property in a Bulk Site Scanner project.
Wait for the AI analysis to finish.
In the Service Areas panel, click Copy values.
Wait for the Copied confirmation message.
Paste the values into a spreadsheet, estimate, email, or document.
Can I copy only one value?
Yes. You can copy one measurement at a time.
Click a service area, such as Lawn or Parking spots, in the Service Areas panel.
The detail view shows values such as Segments, Area, and Perimeter.
Click the copy icon next to the value you want to copy.
What units are copied?
Copied measurements use:
Square feet for area
Feet for perimeter
Values are rounded to the nearest whole number.
Why does the pasted data appear in separate columns?
The copied data is tab-separated. When you paste it into Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers, each value appears in its own column automatically.
Why does the pasted data appear as one long line?
You may have pasted into a plain-text field that does not support tab-separated formatting.
For best results, paste into a spreadsheet such as Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers.
Why don’t I see the Copy values button?
The property may still be analyzing, or no service areas have been detected yet.
Wait for the analysis to finish and confirm that the Service Areas panel contains at least one area.
What should I do if copying fails?
Make sure Duranta is open in the active browser tab and that clipboard permissions are not blocked for the site. Then try clicking Copy values again.
