Copy Service Areas values on AI map

This helps you quickly export measurements without reading numbers from the screen and typing them manually.

The Copy values button lets you copy a property’s service area measurements from Duranta and paste them into a spreadsheet, estimate, email, or another tool.

Where to find Copy values

You can find the Copy values button at the top of the Service Areas panel.

It is available in:

  • Property view - when you open a single property in Duranta

  • Site Scanner - when you upload and review multiple sites. Each analyzed property has its own Copy values button.

The button appears after the property has been analyzed and at least one service area is detected. If analysis is still running, the button is hidden.

What gets copied

Clicking Copy values copies a tab-separated table to your clipboard. When you paste it into Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers, each value appears in its own column.

The copied table includes:

Column

Description

Name

Service area name, such as Lawn, Beds, Trees, or Paved surfaces

Area

Total area in square feet

Perimeter

Total perimeter in feet

Segments

Number of separate detected shapes for that area

Quantity

Item count, such as parking spots when available

The copied data may include the following service areas when detected:

  • Lawn

  • Lawn (excl. trees)

  • Parking lots

  • Parking spots

  • Buildings

  • Paved surfaces

  • Beds & ground

  • Sidewalks

  • Fence (Coming soon)

  • Ground

  • Hedges

  • Pools

  • Trees - listed separately because trees are on a separate layer

  • Entire property - total area, perimeter, and segment count across ground-layer areas

Note:

  • Lawn (excl. trees) is listed separately for reference and is not added to the Entire property total.

  • Trees are also excluded from the Entire property total to avoid double-counting the ground area underneath them.
