Enable graphics acceleration for the AI map in Chrome: FAQ

Learn how to fix an AI Map that won't load in Chrome 150+ on Mac by turning on graphics acceleration and relaunching the browser.

A recent change in Google Chrome 150 or later on MacBooks may prevent the AI Map viewer from loading when graphics acceleration is turned off.

Enable graphics acceleration

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Enter chrome://settings in the address bar.

  3. Search for Use graphics acceleration when available.
    ​

  4. Turn the setting on.

  5. Click Relaunch to restart Chrome.
    ​

  6. Return to Duranta and open the the AI map viewer again.
    ​
