1. Confirm a property
Duranta's AI model, AIdan, calculates the square footage, perimeter and the number of objects of Lawns, Trees, Hedges, Planted beds, Bare ground, Paved areas, Pools, Buildings
Duranta will bring up an interactive map of your property will all of your measurements.
You can toggle on and off the map by clicking on the "Hide" button
3. Click on a service area
Clicking on a service area will give you more details including the segment's perimeter
💡Note: if you adjust the lot, Duranta will automatically recalculate the AI analysis based on the new property outline
4. Create a proposal from the AI map:

Click on Create proposal
