Use Site Owner and Verified to turn a Site Scanner project into a work list. These fields help your team track who is responsible for each site and whether someone has reviewed the results.
What are Site Owner and Verified?
Site Owner is the person on your team responsible for a site. You can assign a site owner one site at a time or in bulk.
Verified is a checkbox you mark after someone has reviewed the site results and confirmed they look correct.
Together, these fields help answer two questions:
Who is handling this site?
Has anyone reviewed it yet?
Both fields can appear in:
The project table
The site detail view
The CSV export
On the project table:
On the site detail view:
Site Owner is not the property owner
Site Owner is a member of your team who is responsible for reviewing or managing the site in Site Scanner.
This is different from the registered owner, which comes from public property records. If public records do not include an owner, Duranta may show Unknown owner.
Show or hide the columns
You can show or hide the Site Owner and Verified columns for your workspace or for a specific project.
Set the workspace default
Open Site Scanner.
Find the settings panel below the upload box.
Turn Show Site Owner or Show Verified on or off.
This setting becomes the default for Site Scanner projects in your workspace.
Change the setting for one project
Open the Site Scanner project.
Click the … menu in the top right.
Turn Show Site Owner or Show Verified on or off.
A project setting overrides the workspace default.
If a project has its own setting, changing the workspace default will not change that project.
Hiding a column does not delete its values. Site owners and Verified marks are saved and will appear again if you turn the column back on.
Assign a Site Owner
You can assign a Site Owner from the project table or from the site detail view.
Assign one site
From the project table, click the Site Owner cell on the site row and choose a name from the dropdown.
You can also open the site and set the owner from the site detail panel.
The dropdown may include:
Unassigned — no owner is assigned
Workspace members — people in your workspace
Unknown user — shown when a site is still assigned to someone who was removed from the workspace
Assign multiple sites
In the project table, select the checkboxes for the sites you want to update.
In the bulk action bar, open the owner dropdown.
Choose the Site Owner.
All selected sites are updated to that owner.
Mark a site as Verified
Verified is a manual review mark. Duranta does not set it automatically.
Mark one site
Check the Verified box on the site row in the project table or in the site detail view.
The change saves immediately.
Mark multiple sites
Select the rows you want in the project table.
Use the Verified checkbox in the bulk action bar.
The bulk checkbox reflects your selection:
Empty means none of the selected sites are verified
Checked means all selected sites are verified
A dash means some selected sites are verified and some are not
When Verified clears automatically
If a site is analyzed again, Duranta clears the Verified mark because the results have changed and should be reviewed again.
Verified is cleared when you:
Use Adjust lot, which re-runs the analysis
Change Imagery & AI Settings in a way that re-runs the analysis
Re-upload a CSV where a site’s column values changed
Verified is not cleared when you:
Edit shapes manually
Assign or change the Site Owner
If a site becomes unverified after you already reviewed it, it usually means the site was re-analyzed and needs another review.
Site Owner and Verified in CSV exports
When you download a Site Scanner project CSV, Duranta can include:
Site Owner — the assigned team member’s name, or blank if unassigned
Verified —
trueorfalse
A column is included in the CSV only when that column is visible in the project.
If Site Owner or Verified is missing from the CSV, open the project’s … menu and make sure the column is turned on.
