Downloading measurements and map images from Site Scanner

Learn how to download a CSV of measurements or a ZIP of map images from a Site Scanner project, for every site or only the sites you select, and what each CSV column shows.

From a Site Scanner project, you can download the measurements as a CSV file and the map images as a ZIP file. You can download every site in the project or only the sites you select.

Download a CSV of measurements

1. Open your project in Site Scanner.

2. Select Download files, then Comma Separated Values (.csv).

The file is saved to your browser's Downloads folder as <your project name>.csv. It doesn't include map images.

Download map images

1. Select Download files, then Export images… under Map Images.

2. Duranta prepares an image for each site. The top of the project shows Preparing site images for download with its progress, then Site images ready for download. Large projects can take a few minutes.

3. Select Download files again, then select the ZIP file, for example <your project name>-Map-Images-1.zip.

4. Unzip the file. Each image shows a site's map with its measurements.

💡 To export new images, for example after you edit some sites, select Export images… again. While an export is running, the option changes to Restart export….

Download only some sites

1. In the project table, point to a site's row and select its checkbox. Select more rows the same way, or use the checkbox in the table header to select all sites.

2. The top of the project shows how many sites you selected, for example 2 selected, and Download files shows the same number.

3. Select Download files, then Comma Separated Values (.csv) or Export images…. Only the selected sites are included.

To clear the selection, select the checkboxes again or use the header checkbox. With no sites selected, Download files exports the whole project.

To download the map of one site, you can also open the site and select ... → Download map image. See Viewing and measuring a site in Site Scanner.
