Using Duranta's AI analysis in the mobile app

Learn how to view the AI measurements of a property in the mobile app and use them in your proposals.

1. Confirm a property

Duranta's AI model, AIdan, calculates the square footage, perimeter and the number of objects of Lawns, Trees, Bushes / Shrubs, Beds, Ground, Buildings, Fences, Surfaces, Muni sidewalks, Parking lots, Water and Driveways.

2. Tap on view AI map

  • Duranta will bring up an interactive map of your property will all of your measurements.

  • You can toggle on and off the map by tapping on the purple "on" icon in the Service areas form.

3. Tap on a service area in the form

  • Tapping on a service area will give you more details including the segment's perimeter

  • You can tap on map as well to select an area

💡Note: if you adjust the lot, Duranta will automatically recalculate the AI analysis based on the new property outline

4. Create a maintenance or install service from the AI map:

  • Tap on a Service are or on the AI map

  • Tap on Create service
