Copying Service Areas values in the web app

Learn how to copy all the Service Areas measurements of a property in one click, to paste them into a spreadsheet or another tool.

The Copy values button lets you copy a property’s service area measurements from Duranta and paste them into a spreadsheet, estimate, email, or another tool.

Where to find Copy values

You can find the Copy values button at the top of the Service Areas panel.

It is available in:

  • Property view - when you open a single property in Duranta

  • Site Scanner - when you upload and review multiple sites. Each analyzed property has its own Copy values button.

The button appears after the property has been analyzed and at least one service area is detected. If analysis is still running, the button is hidden.

What gets copied

Clicking Copy values copies a tab-separated table to your clipboard. When you paste it into Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers, each value appears in its own column.

The copied table includes:

Column

Description

Name

Service area name, such as Lawn, Beds, Trees, or Surfaces

Area

Total area, in your area unit

Perimeter

Total perimeter, in your length unit

Segments

Number of separate detected shapes for that area

Quantity

Item count, such as parking spots when available

The copied data may include the following service areas when detected:

  • Each ground-layer area with a measurement, such as Lawn, Beds, Ground, Buildings, Fence, Surfaces, Muni sidewalks, Parking lots, Water and Driveways

  • Lawn (excl. trees), when trees cover part of the lawn

  • Parking spots, after you count them

  • Trees and Bushes / Shrubs, from the upper layer

  • Parcel area: the total area, perimeter and segment count of the ground-layer areas

Note:

  • Lawn (excl. trees) is listed separately for reference and is not added to the Parcel area total.

  • Trees are also excluded from the Parcel area total to avoid double-counting the ground area underneath them.
