The Home screen is where Duranta opens. It puts the actions you use most often in one place and helps you see what has been happening since you were last in.
Start something new
Create new sits near the top of Home, with four options:

Measurement | Measure a property without creating a client first |

Invoice | Bill for work |
Lead | Add a customer to your CRM |
Measure before you have a client
Measurement is the quickest way to start with a property.
Enter the property address and Duranta generates the AI measurements and map segments without requiring a client or lead first.
You can add the customer details later and continue from the measurement into a proposal.

Work through Get started
Get started is a checklist of four useful setup steps:

Upload your logo | Add your brand to proposals and invoices |
Add your first property | Start tracking jobs and sending proposals |
Send a proposal | Win your first client |
Invite a team member | Share jobs and proposals with your team |
Each step takes you directly to the related area in Duranta.
Once you complete a step, it is checked off and crossed out. When all four steps are complete, the checklist disappears automatically.
In the mobile app, you can also see your progress, for example Completed 2 / 4.
Select Dismiss to hide the checklist for your current session. It will appear again the next time you sign in if there are still incomplete steps.
Track proposals in the pipeline
The Proposal pipeline shows the status of your proposals:

Draft | Not sent yet |
Sent | Sent to the customer |
Opened | Opened by the customer |
Approved | Accepted by the customer |
A colored bar shows the proportion of proposals in each status, with the count shown below.
Every proposal is included in one of these four statuses.
Select View all to open your accounts and continue working with them.
If you have not created any proposals yet, the section shows No proposals yet with a Create proposal button.
Pick up where you left off
The Recent section shows the five items you worked on most recently.
It can include:
Properties
Proposals
Invoices
Work orders — if Scheduling is enabled for your account
Recent items are combined into one list, with the most recently updated item first.
Select an item to open it.
Book an onboarding session
While your account is on a trial, Home may show Get help setting up your account.
Select Schedule to book a free onboarding session with the Duranta team.
The onboarding option disappears after your trial ends.
Use Home on your phone or tablet
The Duranta mobile app has the same main Home features, with a slightly different layout.
At the top of Home, you will see a search box.
