How to Update Duranta
Keep Duranta up to date to get the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes.
The update process depends on where you use Duranta:
iPhone and iPad — update through the App Store
Android — update through Google Play
Duranta Web — updates automatically and may ask you to refresh
Check your current app version
Before updating, you can check which version of Duranta is installed.
Open the More tab.
Tap Account Settings.
Scroll to App version.
You will see:
App version
Build version
If you contact Duranta support about an issue, include both values.
Update Duranta on iPhone or iPad
Open the App Store.
OR click on a direct link to the Duranta App (iOS) in the App store
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Scroll to available app updates.
Find Duranta.
Tap Update.
You can also search for Duranta in the App Store and open its store page.
If an update is available, you will see Update.
If you already have the latest version, you will see Open.
Turn on automatic updates on iPhone or iPad
To have your apps update automatically:
Open Settings on your device.
Tap App Store.
Turn on App Updates.
Update Duranta on Android
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Manage apps & device.
Open Updates available.
Find Duranta.
Tap Update.
You can also search for Duranta in Google Play and open its store page.
If an update is available, you will see Update.
If you already have the latest version, you will see Open.
Turn on automatic updates on Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon.
Go to Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps.
Choose Over Wi-Fi only or Over any network.
What does Update Required mean?
If your installed version is too old, Duranta may show an Update Required screen.
You will see a message explaining that a newer version is required before you can continue using the app.
This update cannot be skipped.
To continue:
Tap Update App.
Install the latest version from the app store.
Reopen Duranta.
Your Duranta data is not removed when you update the app.
What does App is up to date mean?
At the bottom of the More tab, Duranta may show an update status row.
This row checks for in-app updates — smaller updates that Duranta can deliver directly to the app without requiring a new App Store or Google Play release.
You may see:
Status | What it means |
Checking for updates… | Duranta is checking for an in-app update. |
App is up to date | No in-app update is waiting. |
Update available | An in-app update is ready to download. |
Downloading update… | The update is currently downloading. |
Restart to update | The update has downloaded and is ready to install. |
If you see Update available, tap the row to start the download.
If you see Restart to update, tap it and choose Restart now.
The in-app status does not check the App Store or Google Play
The App is up to date row only checks Duranta's in-app updates.
It does not tell you whether a newer version is available in the App Store or Google Play.
This means Duranta can show App is up to date while a newer store version is waiting to be installed.
If you want to make sure you have the latest version, check the App Store or Google Play.
Updating Duranta Web
Duranta Web updates automatically. There is nothing to download or install.
If Duranta Web looks out of date
Try these steps:
Refresh the browser tab.
Close and reopen your browser.
Sign out and sign back in.
If the problem continues, clear your browser cache.
To sign out, open your profile tile and select Sign out.

The app says App is up to date, but I'm missing a new feature. Why?
The App is up to date row only checks for in-app updates.
Check the App Store or Google Play to see whether a newer Duranta app version is available.
I'm seeing Update Required and can't continue. What should I do?
Your installed version is no longer supported.
Tap Update App, install the latest version from the app store, then reopen Duranta.
Your account data is not lost when you update.
Why does Duranta Web keep asking me to refresh?
Duranta may have been updated while your browser tab was open.
Refresh the page to load the latest version.
If the message returns immediately, fully close and reopen your browser, then sign out and back in.
I got an unexpected error while using Duranta Web. What should I try first?
Refresh the page.
If the tab was left open during a Duranta release, refreshing may resolve the problem.
Why don't I see an Update button in the app store?
You may already have the latest version.
A new release may also still be rolling out and may not be available to every user immediately.
I updated Duranta, but nothing changed. What should I do?
Fully close the app and reopen it.
On iPhone or iPad, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Duranta away, then reopen it.
How often should I update Duranta?
Update whenever a new version is available.
Turning on automatic app updates is the easiest way to stay current.
Which version of Duranta should I use?
Use the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play.
If Duranta support asks you to confirm your version, send both the App version and Build version from More → Account Settings.
