Do recipients need a Duranta account to open the link?
No. Anyone with the link can view the shared Site Scanner site without signing in.
What does the recipient see?
The recipient sees a read-only, interactive map of the property, including the parcel boundary, AI-detected layers, and segment measurements.
Can the recipient edit the site?
No. Shared Site Scanner links are read-only. Recipients cannot edit, redraw, reclassify, or delete segments.
Can the recipient copy measurements?
Yes. Recipients can view segment measurements in the sidebar and use the available copy functionality.
Can the recipient download CSV files or map images?
No. Shared links are view-only. Recipients can view the map and measurements, but they cannot download CSV files or map images.
Can the recipient see other sites in the project?
No. The link opens only the selected site. Recipients cannot view other sites in the Site Scanner project or access account information.
Does the share link expire?
No. The link continues to work as long as the site exists.
How do I stop sharing a site?
There is currently no revoke link option. To stop the link from working, delete the site from the Site Scanner project.
Why does the link show “Site map not found”?
This usually means the link is incorrect or the site has been deleted. Ask the sender to generate a new link.
Can I share a whole Site Scanner project with one link?
No. Share links are created per site. To share multiple sites, open each site individually and create a separate link for each one.
Why is “Link to site” grayed out?
The option may be temporarily disabled while the site is loading or if there was an error opening it. Wait for the site to finish loading, then try again.
