Universal Search finds records anywhere in Duranta from one place, so you can jump to a client, property or estimate without going through menus.
Open Universal Search
Web app: select Search at the top of the left sidebar, or press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows. The search box opens at the top of the page.
Mobile app: tap Search Duranta at the top of the Home screen.
What you can search for
Type a name, address, phone number, email or invoice number. Results are grouped by type:
Clients & Leads
Properties
Estimates
Invoices
Work orders
Crews
Notes
When one result clearly matches best, it appears at the top as Best match. Matching text is highlighted, and results show labels such as Client, Approved or No client for a property that isn't linked to a client yet.
Before you type, the search shows your Recent records.
Use search results in the web app
Select a result to open it. While a result is highlighted, the right side of the search shows a preview with its contacts, properties, estimates and invoices.
Use the keyboard to move faster:
↑ / ↓: move between results
Enter: open the selected result
⌘Enter: open it in a new tab
Esc: close the search
Use search results in the mobile app
Tap a result to open it. Tap Cancel to close the search.
If there are no matches
If nothing matches, you'll see No matches for "…" and a shortcut to Create new client with the text you typed. In the web app you can also Create property at the address you typed.
