Are starter services and installs the same for every Duranta customer?
They start from the same starter catalog, but each account gets its own private copy. Your edits, prices, and deletions affect only your account.
Will existing customers get the starter services and installs?
Yes. Existing customers will also receive the starter services and installs.
If your account already has a service or install with the same name, Duranta will not replace it. Your existing item stays unchanged, and the seeded item with the same name will be skipped.
Can I edit the starter items?
Yes. Starter services and installs are normal favorite items. You can edit, rename, re-price, star, or delete them.
Can I delete items I do not offer?
Yes. Delete anything that does not apply to your business, such as snow removal in a warm-weather market.
I deleted an item by mistake. Can I get it back?
Deleted items are not automatically restored. You can recreate the item manually or copy the setup from a similar item in your catalog.
Why should I review prices first?
The starter prices are examples. Your real proposal pricing should reflect your labor cost, crew speed, equipment, market, and margin.
What are production rates?
Production rates estimate how much work a crew can complete in a set amount of time, such as square feet per hour or linear feet per hour.
Duranta uses production rates with measured property quantities to help calculate pricing.
What are tiers?
Tiers let one service have multiple pricing options. For example, a mowing service may have tiers for different mower sizes or production speeds.
Do installs include materials?
Some starter installs include material components with example prices. Review and update material costs before sending a proposal.
