Tracking your invoices in the web app

Learn how to use the Invoices page in the Duranta web app: what each invoice status means, how to filter and search the list, and what you can do from an invoice's menu.

The Invoices page shows every invoice you've created, with a summary of what's waiting to be paid, what's paid and what's overdue.

Open the Invoices page

In the left sidebar, select Invoices.

At the top, the chart shows the total Pending, Paid and Overdue amounts. Choose the period above the chart: This month, Year to date, Past year or All time.

Below it, the list shows each invoice's Date, Invoice No., Client, Amount, Status and when it was last updated (Updated at).

Invoice statuses

Status

What it means

Draft

You've created the invoice but haven't sent it yet

Pending

You've sent the invoice and it isn't paid yet

Opened

Your customer opened the invoice link

Partially paid

Part of the amount has been paid

Paid

The invoice is paid in full

Overdue

The due date has passed and the invoice isn't fully paid

Upcoming

The next invoice of a recurring series. Duranta creates it as a draft on its date

Filter, search and sort

  • Select Draft, Pending, Paid, Overdue or Upcoming above the list to show only those invoices.

  • Type in Search invoices to find an invoice.

  • Select the Date or Client column header to sort or filter by that column.

Invoice actions

Select ... at the end of a row:

  • View Customer opens the client's page.

  • Edit Invoice opens the invoice.

  • Record Payment marks a payment you received another way, such as a check or cash.

  • Delete removes the invoice.

For an Upcoming invoice, the menu shows Edit Recurring Invoice Template, to change every future invoice in the series, and Skip Invoice, to skip just this one, instead of Record Payment and Delete.

💡 To get paid online, add a payment link to your invoices. See How to add a payment link to your invoice.
