Each lead and client has its own screen in the Duranta mobile app. From it you can contact them, add notes and see their invoices, work orders, properties and estimates.
Open a lead or client
Tap CRM in the bottom bar, open the Leads or Clients tab, then tap a name.
Contact them
The phone number, email and address are at the top. Tap Call, Text or Email to contact them right away.
Tap the phone number, email or address for more options: Call, Text, Send email, Copy or Open in Maps. If there's no billing address yet, tap Set billing address to add one.
Contacts on commercial accounts
A commercial account can have several people under Contacts. The Primary contact is listed first, with their role. Tap Call, Text or Email under a contact to reach them, tap the contact to see their details, or tap + to add another contact.
Notes, invoices and work orders
Lead Notes or Client Notes: notes about this lead or client. Tap + to add one.
Invoices: the latest invoices with their status, such as Draft, Upcoming or Overdue. Tap See all for the full list, or + to create an invoice.
Work orders: the jobs for this lead or client. A work order without a date shows Not scheduled, and one without a crew shows Unassigned. Tap + to create a work order.
Under Properties, each property shows its map, Property Notes and Estimates. Tap an estimate to open it, or tap + to start a new one.
Edit the account
Tap Edit Account at the top right. You can change the name, phone, email and billing address, switch between Residential and Commercial, and choose the Account Owner on your team. Tap Done to save.
Convert, archive or delete
Tap ... at the top right:
Convert to client turns a lead into a client. It only shows for leads.
Archive moves the lead or client out of your active list. To bring it back, open it and tap Restore.
Delete removes the lead or client.
đĄ Archive a lead or client you no longer work with instead of deleting it. You keep its history and can restore it later.
To add a new lead or client, see Creating your first lead or client.
