How to download selected addresses in Site Scanner

Learn how to download CSV data or map images for one or more selected addresses in Site Scanner instead of exporting the entire project.

Download one address

  1. Open Site Scanner from the left navigation.

  2. Open your Site Scanner project.

  3. In the results table, hover over the row for the address you want to download.

  4. A checkbox appears on the left side of the row.

  5. Click the checkbox to select that address.

  6. Confirm the header shows 1 selected.

  7. Confirm the Download files button shows a count badge with 1.

  8. Click Download files.

  9. Choose what you want to download:

    • Comma Separated Values (.csv) - measurement and area data for the selected address

    • Map images - rendered map image files for the selected address

  10. The downloaded file will include only the selected address below the Map Images

Download multiple selected addresses

You can also select more than one address.

  1. Hover over each row you want.

  2. Click the checkbox for each address.

  3. Confirm the selected count matches the number of addresses you want to export.

  4. Click Download files.

The export will include only the selected addresses.

Download all addresses

If no rows are selected, clicking Download files exports the entire Site Scanner project.

You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select all sites in the project.

Clear your selection

To clear a selection:

  • Click the selected row checkbox again, or

  • Click the header checkbox to deselect selected rows

After the selection is cleared, the selected count and badge disappear. Downloads return to the full-project export.

Notes

  • No selection = full project export.

  • Selected rows = selected-address export.

  • The count badge on Download files shows how many addresses will be included.

  • The checkbox may only appear when you hover over a row.

  • Downloads become available after the project finishes analyzing.
