Proposals, Templates, and Snippets on Mobile: FAQ

Find answers to common questions about building and editing proposals, using saved snippets, and managing proposal templates in the Duranta mobile app.

Can I build a proposal on my phone?

Yes. Proposal block editing is available in Duranta mobile app version 1.47.0 or later.

Where did Add text or images go?

It has been replaced by Add block, which gives you access to the full set of proposal blocks.

Can I add saved snippets on mobile?

Yes. Tap Add block → Saved Snippet, then choose a snippet from Favorites.

Can I save a proposal block as a snippet?

Yes. Open the text's block, type something, and tap on heart icon to Save to snippets.

If I edit a saved snippet, do existing proposals change?

No. Snippets are copied into the proposal when you insert them.

Editing the saved snippet later does not change proposals where it was already used.

Why is Move a service here disabled?

Every service on the proposal is already placed in that pricing block.

Why is the pricing block empty in my template?

That is expected.

The block is a placeholder in a template. Services appear when the template is used on an actual proposal.

Why is the property map grey in my template?

A proposal template is not connected to a specific property, so Duranta cannot generate the actual map yet.

The real map appears when the template is used on a proposal.

Can I edit formatting on mobile?

Yes. On mobile, you can edit formatting settings that apply to the entire document, such as font, text color, and background color. For more granular formatting of individual components, use the web app.
