Picking trees
Where do I delete a tree?
Open the property's map.
Turn Schematic on from the Layers menu.
Select the tree you want to remove.
Select Delete tree in the right-hand panel.
Do I have to use Schematic?
Use Schematic for the best results.
In Schematic, every tree is shown as its own crown, making individual trees easier to select.
Double-clicking to select every tree also works in Schematic.
How do I select every tree at once?
With Schematic on, double-click any tree.
All trees on the property are selected, and the delete button shows the number of selected trees.
How do I deselect a tree?
Select the tree again to deselect it.
To clear the entire selection, select the back arrow at the top of the right-hand panel.
Why can't I find any trees to select?
The property needs a completed AI analysis before trees can be selected.
Also make sure Schematic is turned on in the Layers menu.
Deleting trees
What is the difference between Delete tree and Reclassify as?
Use Delete tree when the tree should be removed from the property map.
Use Reclassify as when something is present but the AI identified it incorrectly.
For example, you can reclassify Trees as:
Bushes / Shrubs
Lawn
Can I delete several trees at once?
Yes.
Select trees one at a time, or double-click a tree in Schematic to select all trees on the property.
Then select the delete button. It shows how many trees are currently selected.
Did my change save?
Changes save immediately.
If Duranta cannot save the change, you'll see an error and can try again.
Does deleting a tree change my measurements?
The property's measurements are based on its AI segments.
After deleting a tree, check the measurement totals in the right-hand panel to review the updated results.
Can I delete a tree inside a proposal?
No.
Tree deletion is available from the property's map. Open the property from CRM or Site Scanner to delete trees.
