Credits pay for AI property analysis: the AI measurements Duranta makes when it maps a property. Everything else in Duranta, including chatting with Aidan, is free.
How many credits you get
Free trial: 500 credits.
Every month: Starting in November 2026, account owners with an active Duranta subscription will receive an additional 10,000 credits each month they remain subscribed.
What uses credits
Credits are used only when the AI measures a property, for example when you add a property, measure an address or run Site Scanner. Aidan uses credits only when it generates AI measurements for you, the same as when you start them yourself.
1 acre ≈ 100–130 credits, depending on the AI model:
1 acre: 100–130 credits
5 acres: 500–650 credits
10 acres: 1,000–1,300 credits
Re-running the AI on a property is free, unless the property outline moves to a different lot.
If you run out of credits, the AI analysis is skipped and you see The AI analysis was skipped: your organization is out of credits. Buy more credits to keep measuring.
Check your balance
In the left sidebar, select Settings (on a smaller screen, More > Settings), then select Billing.
On Overview, Available credits shows how many credits you have left.
See where your credits went
On the Billing page, select Credit activity.
Scroll down to Credit activity. Each row shows the date and time, the activity, the type (Usage, Grant or Top-up) and the credits added or used.
Use All activity to show one type, or search the list. Select the arrow at the end of a row to see details such as the property, the AI model, the billed area and your balance after it.
Select Download CSV to download the list.
Buy more credits
On the Billing page, select Credit activity, or select Buy credits on Overview.
Choose a pack: 1,000 credits ($50), 10,000 credits ($450), 20,000 credits ($800) or 30,000 credits ($1,125). Larger packs cost less per credit.
Select Buy credits on the pack.
Check the pack and the price, then select Continue to checkout and pay. Credits are a one-time purchase and are added to your balance once the payment goes through.
