Set the default for a project
The setting is chosen once when you create a project, and every site in that project inherits it.
New projects start with the preselected Use the estimated service area from AI.
Property boundaries lets you choose which one the AI measures:
- Use the estimated service area from AI - the AI may extend its analysis beyond the property boundary. It can include easements, municipal sidewalks, grass strips, and nearby lawn areas.
- Use the official property boundaries - the AI stays strictly inside the confirmed property boundaries, excluding easements and nearby municipal areas.
Override it on a single site
1. Open the site from your project.
2. On the map, select the Imagery & AI Settings button.
3. Under Property boundaries, pick either option.
The change applies to that site alone - every other site keeps the project default.
4. Re-run the analysis to apply it.
Once you've changed property boundaries click on AI settings changed — re-run AI.
