Service Packages in Favorites - FAQ

Does a package have its own price?

No. A package does not have a separate bundle price.

Each service inside the package keeps its own price and unit, and the proposal totals them as separate line items.

Will my customer see the package name on the proposal?

No. The package expands into individual service lines.

The package name helps you find and add the group of services quickly, but it does not appear as a customer-facing heading on the proposal.

If I edit a service inside a package, does the original favorite service change?

No. The package keeps its own copy of the service.

Changing a service inside a package does not change the original favorite service, other packages, or proposals you already created.

If I edit a package, do existing proposals change?

No. When you add a package to a proposal, Duranta copies the included services into that proposal.

Later changes to the package do not update proposals that were already created or sent.

Can I put a package inside another package?

No. Packages can include services only.

How do I delete a package?

Go to Favorites → Services, click on the '...' icon, click on Delete, confirm deletion.

Can I star a package?

Yes. Starred packages appear with your other starred favorites and show first in pickers.
