What is a service package?
A package is a named group of services that you regularly sell together.
For example:
Spring clean-up
Standard maintenance plan
Seasonal service package
Save the package once in Favorites, then add the whole group to a proposal instead of adding each service individually.
Does a package have its own price?
No.
Each service inside the package keeps its own price and pricing unit.
When you add the package to a proposal, the services appear as separate lines and the proposal totals them normally.
There is no separate bundle price or automatic package discount.
Is the price shown in a package my cost or the customer's price?
It is the customer price.
Prices shown in the package already include any margin applied to the service.
Can I put one package inside another package?
No.
Packages can contain services only.
Are packages shared between web and mobile?
Yes.
Packages are saved in your workspace Favorites, so a package created on the web is also available in the mobile app, and vice versa.
Where do I create a package?
On the web:
Select Favorites in the left sidebar.
Open Services.
Create a new item.
Switch from Service to Package.
On mobile:
Open More → Favorites → Services.
Create a new item.
Choose Package.
How do I build a package?
Enter a package name, then select Add service for each service you want to include.
Each service keeps its own:
Name
Price
Pricing unit
Service settings
The package name is required before you can save it.
Can I edit a service after adding it to a package?
Yes.
The service expands directly inside the package so you can edit it without opening a separate window.
How do I duplicate or remove a service from a package?
On the web, hover over the service row to reveal the available actions.
You can use:
Duplicate service
Delete
What happens if I switch from Package back to Service?
The item becomes a single service instead of a package.
Choose the correct type before spending time configuring the package.
How do I add a package to a proposal?
Open the service picker on the proposal and choose the package.
Every service inside the package is added to the proposal as its own service line.
Each service keeps its individual pricing.
Can I create a package while building a proposal?
Yes.
If you have already added several services to a proposal and want to reuse that combination, choose Save package to favorites.
The group is saved as a package for future proposals.
Why did a newly saved package move to the top of Favorites?
Packages saved from a proposal using Save package to favorites are automatically starred.
Starred Favorites appear near the top of the list.
If you do not want the package starred, unstar it after saving.
Does the customer see the package name?
No.
While you are editing the proposal, services added from a package show a package-name badge to help you keep track of the group.
The customer-facing proposal does not show that package grouping. The customer sees the individual service lines.
If I edit a service inside a package, does the original Favorite change?
No.
A package keeps its own copy of the service.

Existing proposals
If I edit a package later, do existing proposals change?
No.
When you add a package to a proposal, its services are copied into that proposal at that time.
Future changes to the saved package do not update proposals that already use it.
Can I change a pricing tier on a service that came from a package?
Yes.
Tier selection remains available for services that were added through a package.
Can I star a package?
Yes.
Star the packages you use most often so they are easier to find.
Can I duplicate or delete a package?
Yes.
Packages can be managed like other Favorites, including duplicating and deleting them.
